On the way home from Friday Night Family Fun at church tonight, the boys spotted a man on a motorcycle. So of course, there was much talk about every detail of the man and his machine. That led to much talk about fast cars, trains, spaceships, boats, airplanes, etc. As the boys debated with each other about what vehicle could "turn the motor up" more, they finally asked for my input.
I told them, honestly, "You know, Daddy would be much better able to answer these questions."
"Why, Mommy?" they asked.
"Because Daddy just knows more about stuff like that. Daddy knows a lot of stuff, you know," I reminded them.
"Daddy knows more stuff than anybody, right Mommy?" Benjamin asked.
