Own bed

The boys were very silly and giggly tonight as we were getting ready for bed. As we were trying to settle down and say prayers, John Stephen wanted to lie in the bed with Benjamin. They both snuggled down under the covers and hugged and giggled as I sang them a song. They were so cute! Then I kissed them good night and started to walk out the door. Obviously, I knew this new set up would not work at all, but I just wanted to play along with their little game. As soon as John Stephen realized I was really leaving and was going to let him sleep there, he sprang out of the covers and leaped across Benjamin to get out of the bed. "Own bed, own bed" he kept saying. So I tucked each of them into their "own beds" and they were as happy as could be!
