Benjamin and John Stephen stood between Scott and me at the altar rail this morning for communion. Benjamin had is arms crossed to let the priest know he wanted a blessing instead of receiving the bread and wine. The priest gave me piece of bread, then made the sign of the cross on Benjamin's head as he said, "Peace and joy of the Lord be with you." He did the same thing for John Stephen. Then Benjamin leaned over and kissed John Stephen on the forehead. A perfect sight!
