Blessings

Although he has participated with us for quite some time now, Benjamin has finally decided he wants to say the blessing when we eat. It is so sweet to hear his little voice. Of course, we taught him an easy one and he says it so nicely. "God is great. God is good. And we thank him for our food. Amen" We hold hands while we say it, so as soon as John Stephen is seated in his booster and buckled in he starts sticking out his hands. We also borrowed a tradition from Scott's family of passing a kiss around the table after the blessing. Both of the boys love that. I sit diagonally across from Benjamin so he likes to blow me kisses. John Stephen just leans in for a slobbery one. I'll take them however they come! These two boys are my wonderful blessings.
