I think this was definitely the best Christmas we’ll ever have with Benjamin. He was so sweet and innocent, curious, and excited. He is finally “getting it.” His Godparents, Scott & Sarah Roby, gave him an Advent Calendar where he opens a door to reveal a different character in the Nativity Scene. Everyday he was so eager to open a door to see what was in it. Everyday he would also say, “I want to see Jesus!” It was so profound and really speaks for all of us about the true meaning of Christmas! And you should have seen him on Christmas Eve when he opened door #24 and there was Jesus! He was beyond excited! Now that is what Christmas is all about!
