John Stephen, William, and I went to the Moms Group this morning at church. John Stephen was a little hesitant, like he usually is, because he doesn't really like to go to the nursery to play. We were talking about it and he asked, "Is Miss Evelyn going to be there?"
"I bet she will be," I answered. (Miss Evelyn is the Director of Children's Ministries and the boys adore her.)
"What is going to happen there? Is God going to come out of my body?" John Stephen asked.
"I don't know, Sweetheart. God is always with us though. He lives in our hearts," I reminded him.
John Stephen got a very hopeful and excited look on his face, then said, "I sure hope God has a beard!"
