Krissy, my best friend from elementary school, just had her third daughter. While we were in Indiana we were only about three and a half hours away from her house so we were able to get our families together a few times. Her older two girls are close in age to our boys so everyone really hit it off.
After hearing the good news from Krissy, I shared it with the boys and they were so excited to hear that Maddie and Molly now have a new sister. I jokingly told the boys we should just set up arranged marriages now and call it good. The boys apparently thought that was a great idea!
"I can marry Maddie, right Mommy? And William, you can marry new baby Abby. Who are you going to marry, John Stephen? Oh yeah, you get Molly, right Mommy?"
John Stephen and Benjamin were both giggly about getting paired up with the girls.
